Jerod Norris
Account Executive AMI Radio/Owner of Norris Advertising
“Away from family and faith, advertising is my life.”
As the owner of Norris Advertising, a proud affiliate of AMI Radio, Jerod’s passion is bringing businesses and customers together.
“My favorite part, whether it be radio, print or outdoor advertising, is definitely the people and the creative side. Molding an idea into something that people want to consume, all to help the client.”
Outside of work, Jerod can usually be found chasing kids around – he and his wife have five beautiful children.
Dantley Harbin
Sales Representative
Dantley Harbin has a passion for the Joplin area and loves to see local businesses grow and thrive.
“I enjoy that I get to build relationships with a variety of business owners; no two days are the same,” he said. “I also have great coworkers, and I enjoy the family atmosphere we have in the office.”
Dantley has four children, two boys and two girls. He’s a sports lover and cheers on the
St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles and Missouri Tigers.
Melanie Morton
On Air Talent/Sales
Looking to have fun on the lake this summer? Melanie Morton is your go-to source.
“I cover Northeastern Oklahoma and am working on a Grand Lake package helping listeners know about the great amenities offered just around the corner,” she said.
Melanie has been on-air talent for a few years and recently ventured into sales.
She loves going fishing with her boyfriend, Cody, and her 10-year-old son, Dayton. They live right on Big Cabin Creek in Oklahoma.
Trey Coleman
Account Executive
Trey Coleman is all about helping clients reach goals.
“I do some selling, some consulting, and I even write the ads sometimes,” he said. “There is no greater feeling than seeing the excitement when a customer loves the ad I wrote.”
Trey is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and a die-hard Cornhusker fan.
“As an Air Force veteran, I have been lucky enough to travel and live all over the world, but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else but here.”
Lauren Gilbreth
Senior Sales Specialist
Born and raised in Joplin, Lauren has a big heart for seeing businesses grow in and around her hometown.
“I love that I have the opportunity to learn about different products and services available to the area and develop a marketing plan to get them out into the community,” she said.
Lauren is a huge animal lover, and you can often find her outside with her three dogs.
“As my colleagues would say: ‘She would stop traffic to save a dog,’ and I have!”
Charley Clark
Agriculture Consultant
Charley Clark is known as the Team Cowboy. That’s because he brings a lifetime of experience in the agriculture business to the team.
“I love working with grassroots agriculture producers and agribusiness people,” he said. “Being in a position to help people learn and grow, both in their profession and personally, is the best part of what I do.”
When he’s off the clock, Charley plays fiddle and harmonica and sings bass in the For Heaven’s Sake bluegrass gospel band.
Kris Bullard
Sales Manager
As sales manager, a big part of Kris Bullard’s job is bringing people together.
“Our 10 signals and our station formats offer a wide range of listener demographics, so I see myself as a matchmaker,” she said. “I introduce businesses to the thousands of listeners on the appropriate station(s) to create good, long-term relationships.”
When she’s out of the office, Kris loves traveling, quilting, flower gardening and shopping for shoes that don’t hurt her feet!
Sara Desmond
Marketing and Sales Specialist
Each day, Sara Desmond works to bring people together with unique, creative strategies.
“I enjoy having the opportunity to connect listeners to businesses and churches that meet their needs,” she said.
She works primarily with New Life Radio and The Dove, but she can be found bringing her expertise to all the stations.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She likes to read and crochet, and she’s an avid chef.
Shanna Heckmaster
Senior Sales Consultant
Shanna Heckmaster is a people person.
In her 10 years in marketing and sales, her greatest joy has been getting to know new people and helping build their businesses.
“I love collaborating with clients to come up with creative ideas and choosing the best stations to target their demographic,” she said. “Seeing their success in the end is what it’s all about.”
Shanna enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and she loves to catch a concert or baseball game.
