Historic Bonnie & Clyde Hideout

3347 1/2 Oak Ridge Drive

The Historic Bonnie & Clyde Hideout is more than a comfortable place to stay, it’s an immersive history lesson. The 1928 garage apartment was the hideout for Bonnie and Clyde during a 13-day stay in April 1933. Owner Saundra Carr Cooper has tons of historical information about the events that occurred there and has even decorated the space to reflect how it would have looked in the 1930s, with all the modern amenities, of course! The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment even has the original bathtub. During their stay, guests can read Blanche Barrow’s book, “My Life With Bonnie and Clyde,” which has an entire chapter written about the events that took place in the apartment.
