Thanks again for featuring my son, Will Cook, in November edition. Your magazine just gets better and better!
Georgia Turner
Good morning Lee,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say “thank you”. The “thanks” goes beyond having a quick visit and the fun privilege of getting to review and score the photo entries for the SHOW ME the OZARKS Magazine. I appreciate your insight and completely agree with you on community outreach and even highlighting local photography when we have the opportunity. Although I’m sure you are aware of the value of you and your staff’s publication to the area; I wanted to drop a note.
When I moved to the area 23 years ago I clearly remember visiting the bulletin boards at the Joplin Public Library and so many places. I was simply looking for like-minded people who were service and community focused. Plus, I was scouting for what the area had to offer. The SHOW ME the OZARKS Magazine provides that foundation for our community and beyond. The publication is professional, colorful and the layout is eye-catching. The best thing is it holds useful information and it is Pleasant/Good news. The pleasant news contribution is hard to find these present days esp in national media but also in regional sources. I smile when I see people picking up or reading the magazine at Red Onion’s Espressoria, Oriental House in Neosho etc. I just returned from SE Asia a couple of weeks ago with connecting flights from Joplin/Dallas to Hong Kong and I saw someone in a waiting area in Dallas with an issue. It was fun to see they had picked it up at the Joplin airport and I beamed.
Simply put – YOU DO GOOD WORK! …and the staff are appreciated. Have a nice rest of the week.

Congratulations on your 17th year of SHOW ME MAGAZINE. What an accomplishment of success. I never miss getting a new edition when they are released.
In thinking about your magazine and what makes it so special and unique, I start turn through the pages. The calendar of events section covers a very broad list of area happenings that includes any interest that a person may have. Local businesses and organizations have a great opportunity to spotlight on their staff, services, and accomplishments. These are excellent things to know and reward in our respective communities.
My personal experience with you and your staff in November of 2017 was first class. The personal interaction and professionalism during the “Why I Run” article was an absolute pleasure.
Lee, here is what I believe would be the major separation of the SHOW ME MAGAZINE. It is the way you blend together all of the local communities. Each month a community, large or small, is pulled off the map and bragged about. These are moments of opportunity for providing information and recognizing individuals that may have never been known throughout our region. Another differentiator is the articles of inspiration. Stories of challenges and perseverance that local folks experience can be related to by many, as well as provide an opportunity to encourage others. This can positively impact many that may be in similar situations. Also, the recognition of local celebrations, events, and banquets plays a big part in encouraging and motivating involvement.
The SHOW ME MAGAZINE is a great benefit to our community in keeping us all connected. Congratulations again.
Sincerely,
Alan Cook

Nobody does a better job of sharing the stories and pictures of our local communities, than ShowMe the Ozarks magazine. ShowMe the Ozarks is the best regional lifestyles publication in our area. Thank you, Lee Radcliff and staff, for all that you do for our residents, businesses and local non-profits.

Such a great local magazine. Love seeing the local events and suggested restaurants.

“Six years ago I moved from a big city to a small town and learned that marketing in a small town is definitely different than being in the big city. I tried radio advertising, I tried TV advertising and I also tried Show Me The Ozarks Magazine. I could not believe my highest return was when I did Show Me Magazine. I was getting multiple inquiries every time the magazine came out from print. The magazine is in high visibility places like doctor’s offices, chambers of commerce, etc. So, when I opened my preschool at the beginning of the year, the first thing I did was contact Show Me Magazine to put in an ad where I knew the advertising would work. I knew I made the right choice when I received a call the first week was out for the new preschool.”

We feel we have found a perfect avenue to reach thousands of possible customers with the help of Show Me The Ozarks Magazine. With their focus on all things local in the Four-State Area, we have found a magazine that cares about both their readers’ and advertisers’ needs. As an advertiser, we have complete confidence that the Show Me team will convey what our business does and make our ads look great! We truly feel we are part of an advertising team with Show Me The Ozarks Magazine, and we could not ask for a better “team member” to showcase our business.

“I just want to thank you and everyone at ShowMe Magazine. I’ve seen the pictures on the website and read the articles. Ms. Radcliff wanted me to contact her if the magazines weren’t delivered to the Sheriff’s Office Jail. Also, she mentioned if I knew a veteran that would be a good fit for next year, let her know. I think I have found somebody who won a Purple Heart in Iraq. He now owns his own business. But again, I just wanted to say thank you.”

Dear Lee,
Thank you so very much. The 7th Annual Rhinestones and Rawhide was a huge success. Without those of you who were willing to sponsor our event it would have been possible. We are humbled by your generosity.
This year has been a great year for ASCENT. Carl Perkins who was our House Manager is now our Program Director and ASCENT has thrived under his leadership. Again, our graduates have stepped up and are continuing to be there for the new members coming in. They are attending groups, helping facilitate groups, and giving hope to our new residents that there is another way to live. It is amazing for me to see the circle becoming complete. The beauty of community. I hope as supporters this helps you understand how important your support has been over the years. Most of you were at the event and got to see the transformations.
Once again I am so grateful for all you do and I am praying that your holiday season is full of love, friends and family.May God bless you richly!

“We at RSVPaint-Joplin would like to give thanks to all the fine folks and staff at ShowMe Magazine and their loving subscribers. It has been amazing to see the scale of reach that ShowMe Magazine provides. It always brings a smile to our faces when someone walks through our doors saying they saw us in Things We Love and wonder why they didn’t know about us already. We have had so many gentlemen plan a date because they saw us while flipping through a ShowMe issue in the grocer or a waiting room. We have seen a growth in reservations for private parties, girls’ night out and team-building events; and we have also had a measurable increase of traffic to our website and registrations. Thank you for the increased exposure we have seen in 2016 from ShowMe Magazine staff and their subscribers. Happy holidays from RSVPaint in Joplin! We look forward to painting with you.”

Thank you so much for the amazing $2545 “Covers for a Cause” donation. Wow! Covid has crippled our race the past 2 years so we really appreciate your donation. We always look forward to this annual event and to say we’re thankful is an understatement. Again, thank you.
